"My experience with Chris was terrific. As a teaching professional for 3 years I came to the course with a depth of knowledge in the golf swing but very little knowledge with how the body moves and the specifics of the muscles. I had always been a proponent of flexibility, but that was it, I knew nothing else except you need to be flexible. I am blessed with a fairly athletic body and balance but as I went through many of the exercises I was humbled with my lack of necessary physical ability for a "truly good golf swing."
I began the workout and I saw immediate success. One of the drills was a complete home run for me. I went out and shot 5 over par, hit numerous good shots and the best part was the fatigue was not evident after the round. This was simply an exercise that Chris introduced to me that became a terrific move on the golf course.

"Thanks to Chris Ross I have discovered that there is more to playing golf than arriving at the course, hitting a few balls on the range and then playing 18holes. I started playing golf as a child with my father and except for a few years off, I have enjoyed the game for many years. But I never realized that with an exercise program designed for golf, I may become a stronger and better player.When Chris offered his program at The Ridge it was still winter and I was curious about an exercise program designed just for golf. I signed up for the first session and after he did of video of me swinging the club and analyzing my physical limitations he provided me an exercise program which I followed for several weeks. I then had an opportunity to play some golf and was most impressed with how I felt in my game. Since then, Chris has taken me through the TPI evaluation which is a much more detailed physical evaluation and exercise program designed to improve my limited flexibility, rotation, mobility, and strength.I feel that I now have a very extensive program that helps me understand my personal strengths and weaknesses in relation to my golf swing."
