At Fluid Motion you will be thoroughly evaluated and prescribed a customized program in order to help you attain the maximum results in the most efficient manner. We utilize a variety of resources such as; two and three-dimensional golf swing physical analysis, functional movement screens, golf-specific physical limitation analysis, and static postural evaluations enables us to determine exactly which exercises should be administered in order to maximize your functional performance and prevent injury.
